No mobile information will be shared with third parties/nor affiliates for marketing/nor promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ATD Detailing Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding message delivery, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATD Detailing Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of SMS communications or the inability to receive SMS messages.
10. Modifications
ATD Detailing Inc reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
