Ceramic coating is a clear, liquid nanoceramic coating. When cured, this technology will chemically bond to the surface, transforming itself to become a rigid super-structure of nanoglass, protecting the substrate it is applied to indefinitely. The nanoceramic glass coating forms an exceptionally strong and durable shield, resistant to solvents, acids, alkali, UV rays, harsh weather conditions and corrosion. Its durability will keep the surface looking new for many years to come.
Hardness Above 9H
When the coat hardens it creates a surface that can withstand bug impacts and all sorts of light scratches. The glass coat is above 9H on the Pencil Test Scale. This scale is used in the coating industry to determine a mineral’s hardness, 9H is the highest on the scale. The coat will stay hard for a lifetime if maintained correctly.
The coating has a 100% resistance against the damaging contaminants and harsh chemicals that a car can be exposed to. Since chemicals does not do anything to the coating, the car will stay protected.
Oxidation & Corrosion Resistant
Bare metal will oxidize, and painted surfaces will not. Ceramic coating protects the paint and the metal from getting in contact with water and oxygen.
The coat will not be affected under 1400 Fahrenheit.
Silica oxide which is used in sun block is also used in ceramic coating products. The UV protecting keeps the paint, rubber and plastic from aging.
The shine from this product is not comparable to any other product on the market. It must be seen in real life.
When you talk about surfaces being hydrophobic you often talk about the water contact angle of the surface. The higher the angle, the less dirt or liquid will attach to the surface. A drive in the rain will make the car look newly washed. This hydrophobic effect will last a lifetime if maintained correctly.
Ceramic coatings have been officially tested and certified by “SGS.” SGS are the world’s largest and leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company trusted by millions.
Ceramic coatings offer the ultimate coating to protect gelcoat and other marine surfaces. Never before has there been a single coating system that would offer protection for every surface on a watercraft. These are the marine ceramic coating products and how they work.
Harsh conditions of the underwater environment are a well-known problem to boat expert and lovers. Ceramic coating offers protection against the corrosion created by saltwater and the fouling on the hull caused by the accumulation of algae and/or shells. Today’s procedures to clean the boats’ hull are exhausting and not very environmentally friendly. Our ceramic coating will make the surface so repellent to the harsh underwater elements that the cleaning process will no longer be a problem. Today, our ceramic coating products are protecting boats around world.
Marine ceramic coating becomes a protective barrier preventing oxidation and helps prevent algae build up on the bottom. Stains come off easily and cleaning the vessel can now be done in half the time.
